     I want to take this opportunity to thank every single one of you for tuning into my blog! The purpose of this blog was to shed light on my personal journey with menopause to let women know that they are not alone in their struggles with this phenomenon.

     Just like a friend of mine said, "Menopause is not a dirty word." It is a natural part of life with varied experiences for every woman.

     Again, this blog was for women going through menopause and the people who love them.

     If someone you love is going through menopause, it is my fervent wish that you know it is not easy. Knowledge is empowering and once that knowledge is gained, one can control the seemingly uncontrollable.
